By submitting the application form to the VA Academy Programme, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Application Submission

  • By completing and submitting the application form, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
  • The submission of the application does not guarantee acceptance into the programme. Your application will be reviewed and assessed, and you will receive a response within 48 hours.

2. Acceptance and Enrollment

  • If your application is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to complete the registration and secure your spot in the programme.
  • You must follow the registration instructions provided in the confirmation email to secure your place.
  • Failure to complete the registration within the specified time frame may result in the forfeiture of your spot.

3. Fees and Payment

  • The cost of the Virtual Assistant Programme will be clearly stated in the confirmation email.
  • Payment for the programme must be made according to the payment instructions provided. Payments may be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved payment methods.
  • If a payment plan is offered, you agree to adhere to the agreed payment schedule. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension or termination of your access to the programme.

4. Course Access and Delivery

  • Upon successful registration and payment, you will receive access to the course materials as outlined in the programme description.
  • The programme may consist of self-paced lessons, live webinars, and community support. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology and internet connection to participate.
  • Access to the course materials is provided for the duration of the programme. Once the programme concludes, you may not have continued access to course content unless specified.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are only available within the first 7 days of the programme if you feel that the course does not meet your expectations. Refund requests must be made via email to our support team at support@vaacademy.online. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be processed.
  • Cancellation by the Organizers: In the event that we need to cancel or postpone the programme, you will be notified immediately and offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Code of Conduct

  • You agree to behave in a respectful and professional manner during the course. This includes interacting positively with instructors, other students, and adhering to community guidelines.
  • We reserve the right to remove any student from the programme for inappropriate behavior, including harassment, offensive language, or violating the terms of service.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, including but not limited to, videos, PDFs, worksheets, and other content, are the intellectual property of VA Academy and are provided solely for educational purposes.
  • You agree not to copy, share, or redistribute any of the course materials without permission.
  • You may not use any content from the programme for commercial purposes or to create derivative works.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • By submitting your application, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • Your information will be used to process your application, communicate with you about the programme, and for any other necessary administrative purposes. We will not share your data with third parties unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • VA Academy is not responsible for any personal, financial, or other losses that may occur as a result of participating in the programme.
  • We make no guarantees regarding job placement or income after completing the programme. The success of your business or career is dependent on various factors, including your personal efforts and market conditions.

10. Amendments to the Terms & Conditions

  • We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email, and the updated terms will be posted on our website. By continuing to participate in the programme, you agree to the revised terms.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from your application or participation in the programme will be resolved in accordance with South African law.

12. Acknowledgement

By submitting your application form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You also agree to comply with the programme’s policies, including any updates that may be made.
